Received response for my online booking after 2 working days. Not a happy start.
Half way in the service I was asked if I want the wiper blades replaced but nothing was mentioned about breaks. When I went to pick up my car I was told that I should not use my car for more that 3000 km because the breaks are less then 10%. The manager was unhappy that I did not look into his eyes when I complained but was not apologetic or admit to any flaw from their side.
I have paid $600 for RINGWOOD PRESTIGE to be told to take my car to a "real service" soon. Not recommended.
